Amit Kumar, Managing Attorney

Amit Kumar is the Managing Attorney of the Law offices of William Cafaro where he practices exclusively in the area of employment law, including matters involving employment discrimination and wage and hour violations. Mr. Kumar aggressively represents employees in all areas of employment litigation, from trials to administrative proceedings. He has worked on single employee cases as well as large complex class actions. Prior to joining the Law Offices of William Cafaro, Mr. Kumar interned with a number of employment law firms in New York as well as with a United States Magistrate Judge in the Southern District of New York.
